I was watching TV today (a lot of my posts seem to start with that…maybe I just watch inspiring television…maybe I’m easily inspired…) when I saw an advert for a tooth brush which has led me to the sad conclusion that mankind is indeed doomed. Not through global warming or war: but our stupidity.
It was one of those toothbrushes that have a little display telling you how long to clean each tooth and what side of your mouth to brush, when to spit and how to make your failed soufflé rise. I wonder who exactly these toothbrushes are aimed at - who can afford these ridiculous machines but seriously cant brush their teeth? If we cant even get that right, how are we meant to carry on surviving in the ever evolving world.
